Frederick Douglass

Throughout this nine weeks we will learn note taking skills as well as various ways to put our notes together in a logical and workable manner.  Last week we studied Mary McCleod Bethune.  As we took notes and completed vocabulary/comprehension papers we attached them in manilla folders.
This week we are focusing on Frederick Douglass.  We will continue to take notes as well as work with the vocabulary daily.  We are changing things up and this week we will create a DODECAHEDRON Reading Project.  A dodecahedron is a 3-D, 12 sided, geometric shape. Students will be provided with a rubric that will provide them with my expectations and what is to be included on each side of the geometric shape.
