Outdoor Gardening

Spring has sprung and the vegetable gardens are being prepared for planting.  On Wednesday 14 April we went to the outdoor garden with Mrs. Smith.  We prepared three raised beds and then we learned how to properly plant asparagus.  When we were finished with that, we continued to prepare additional vegetable beds.  We raked, hoed and weeded the beds.  Mrs. Turner and Amiracle carted off all of the debris in the wheelbarrow.  We had a great time and we also learned alot.  Mrs. Smith told Mrs. Turner on Friday 23 April that our asparagus had sprouted.....we can't wait....yum, yum!
