Here A Chick, There A Chick

Baby chicks hatched in Mrs. Busby's class this spring.  One of my students was very intrigued with the incubator and the eggs.  A few times each week, Louie visited Mrs. Busby's room to check on the eggs.  He was thrilled to watch the progress and when they finally hatched he was on top of the world.  Louie could not wait until the chicks were old enough to be held.  When he was finally able to hold the chicks, he was very gentle and caring.
