Hot off the presses!!! Mr. Cooke is cutting his hair to help raise money for our Relay for Life Team (Frank Long Fighters). Please join us in this special event. All donations are greatly appreciated. After cutting his pony tail, Mr. Cooke will donate his hair to Locks for Love. Locks for Love uses donated hair to make wigs for cancer survivors.
As of Friday 2 April our class has donated $76.11...way to go!!! I will match dollar for dollar what the students bring in. This is a very worthy cause and one that touches and impacts my life directly. As you know my husband passed away on Thursday 21 January 2010 after losing his battle with pancreatic cancer.
