Welcome

Welcome to my class. I am very excited about this school year and cannot wait to meet each and every one of my students (and their families). I know that we will have an outstanding year! This year, I have a new website. The new and improved website is found at rbturner.weebly.com Please take time to look through the various resources that I have made available to you. As we go through the school year, I will update the review tab with power points that will help your child to review for chapter/unit tests, but will also help them with our end of your standardized testing. Pertinent information along with a photo gallery can be found on my website. Class updates can be found on the blog. This blog will not be used effective 5 August 2014. Changes!!

We are going to begin a new schedule on Monday 3 February. Students will now "change" classes for each subject. They will move together as a whole class and will be in our "homeroom" for the first segment of each day and the last segment of each day. Following is our new schedule: Daily Schedule Time Teacher Class 0720-0749 Mrs. Turner Morning work/AR 0740-0845 Mrs. Coley Reading 0845-0930 Mrs. Garrido Writing 0930-1025 Ms. Kolbeck Math 1025-1110 Mrs. Oglesby Social Studies 1110-1125 Recess 1125-Noon Lunch Noon-1245 Mrs. Moody Grammar 1245-125 Specials 125-210 Mrs. Turner Science For the remainder of the 3rd marking period students will NOT have a spelling test.
